Let's make one thing clear, a good toy in my book is one that enables parents and children to interact by playing and learning together.  This toy is a huge hit with my 2 year old.  It is recommended for 3 year +.

With a two year old, use it to name colors and work on fine motor skills and not worry much about matching outfits yet. It requires supervision not to loose all the pieces but again, the point of toys is to enable playtime together
