ICA toys TWIG blocks

I am still debating which block set to get Layla.  A friend of hers recommened these TWIG blocks.  They look fun but a pain to clean up and very sharp edges. These are sold at the ICA in Boston.

Layla likes the Haba Sticki Blocks. We had these for over a year and they are fun; colorful and safe.  There are only 13 pieces but that is a sufficient quantity for us until now.  This is another reason why TWIG may be too many blocks.

Very true that it may be too many blocks for a small child! However, it’s a proven fact that structure building advances a child’s development. Cubes and rectangular rods fit together like puzzle pieces to create airy structures that look beautiful in the playroom. Personally, I love this toy! I wrote about it on my blog, didisplaypen.
