I started this blog when I was a graduate student at MIT Sloan with a 13 month old girl and later pregnant with my second. I post about toys and gears that worked for then my two children. I am an engineer so I care on science and engineer learning for my kids.
I check and clear the reviewed item with the government recall website. I also check for material safety.
I do no receive any toys or payment, this is my opinion based on my kids experience.

A wonderful sale at Barefoot Books: all books are 50% off in January. We love the Porter Square shop. Here are the Layla approved list of sturdy board books, now $3.50 each, it is a steal! Layla is saying Panda because of "Talk With me".
