I started this blog when I was a graduate student at MIT Sloan with a 13 month old girl and later pregnant with my second. I post about toys and gears that worked for then my two children. I am an engineer so I care on science and engineer learning for my kids.
I check and clear the reviewed item with the government recall website. I also check for material safety.
I do no receive any toys or payment, this is my opinion based on my kids experience.

this is the Parents version made by Battat
this toy gets a lot mileage in our house and survived some tough play. It is made by Battat. I have seen in at her day care as well. Best price I found of the Battat version is at Growing Tree
