I started this blog when I was a graduate student at MIT Sloan with a 13 month old girl and later pregnant with my second. I post about toys and gears that worked for then my two children. I am an engineer so I care on science and engineer learning for my kids.
I check and clear the reviewed item with the government recall website. I also check for material safety.
I do no receive any toys or payment, this is my opinion based on my kids experience.
Play Mantis - Tribeca
While in Manhattan for work, I stumbled into a wonderful toy shop called Play Mantis. I picked up wooden letter-puzzles to decorate the kids room and a wonderful all natural wooden toy truck.
